home leadership Content Management The Institute for Quality Assurance has a Special Interest Group studying Deming's work., currently concentrating on. Check the details on the IQA site. Next meeting on Shewart and Beer. A recent project looked at the four aspects of the system of profound knowledge. See Chapter 4 of 'The New Economics'. I contributed to the day about a 'theory of knowledge' on October 16th 2003. Most of the content comes from ideas about 'learning', but the discussion helped to move some way to understanding 'knowledge'. The previous meeting studied bullying and Deming on psychology. The most recent meeting was on systems, including 'the beer game'. There is an online project that seems related to the 'beer game', looking at collaboration in supply chains. See a poster from the Networked Learning conference in April by Kewal Dhariwal and Peter Carr. Here is a direct link to the site.
Paper on Psychology, from Val Thomas workshop in July "Drive out fear, so that everyone may work effectively for the company" Henry Neave contributes to a website for the Deming Dimension.
